I want to make a deposit. What are your bank details?

For payments through the Faster Payments Service:

Sort Code 30 02 51 Account Number 06968870

Can I withdraw funds from my account using telegraphic transfer?

We do not offer this service to internet or telephone easy access account customers. Most payments directly to another UK account are now made using the Faster Payments Service. This means payments are usually sent and received on the same bank working day, but no later than the end of the next bank working day.

Alternatively, we can make a same day transfer from your account directly to another UK account. To ensure it goes on the same day, you need to make this instruction in writing to us no later than 12 noon Monday to Friday. The fee for a telegraphic transfer is £35.

Why does the incorrect address appear for my bank when I set up a Linked Account?

We show the bank address for your clearing bank. This may not be your local bank branch address; it may be their regional or head office address. Providing you've entered the sort code and account number correctly, your Linked Account will be set up correctly.

Why do I have to produce identification documents to open an account?

All financial institutions are required by law to confirm the identity and address of customers when a new account is opened. If we can't verify this information using electronic means, we may have to see some paper based form of identification and proof of address.
