Online security
Managing your account online
At Birmingham Midshires we're committed to looking after your security when you manage your
money online.
Managing your savings online is easy and saves you time. But it needs to be secure
as well. At Birmingham Midshires we've a number of online security measures in place:
- Secure servers - your account information is stored on servers
that only allow access to authorised users
- Password protected login - so that only you can get access to your
account information
- Auto log off - if you've been inactive for a while, we'll automatically
log you out
- Account locking - if someone repeatedly tries to log on to your
account with the wrong login details

Your username is unique and for this reason you're not allowed to change it.
